Creating living space in the heart of the district
The Gravensteiner Arkaden in the heart of the district have made a major contribution to this. Here, residents of 133 dwelling units, numerous stores and a large local supplier have merged into a successful neighbourhood.
The open spaces and recreational areascreated contribute to a sense of identity and strengthen social interaction in the district. Since conflict-free interaction is essential for the development of a neighbourhood, ITA Ingenieurgesellschaft für Technische Akustik mbH and Wilma Immobilien GmbH placed uncompromising emphasis on quality in the sound engineering planning.
Projects of this type require special attention with regard to the contractually owed sound insulation. In total, 3,200m² of REGUPOL sound 12 were installed for impact sound insulation of the supermarketfloor. The very well executed noise protection measures have created an important basis for good neighbourly relations.
